Terms of Service

Effective 11 September 2026. This describes how RF4 works today. It is not legal advice.

These terms govern use of RF4 (Right Fortune 4 U) at rf4.app, including the marketplace, wallet, and analysis tools. By creating an account or paying with Charms you agree to them. RF4 is entertainment software, not a lottery, bank, or investment product.

Entertainment only

Listings, readings, number picks, letterology, and any “prediction” features are for entertainment and personal reflection. RF4 does not promise lottery outcomes, winnings, or financial results. Sellers must not advise lottery wagers, ticket purchases, or investments. You use the service at your own risk.

Charms (closed loop)

  • Charms are prepaid credits usable only on RF4. Buyers cannot cash out Charms for money or crypto.
  • Charms you purchase never expire.
  • Bonus Charms from deposit packs expire 90 days after they are credited. Unused bonus is then removed; purchased Charms are not.
  • Crypto you send to fund a pack is converted to Charms after NOWPayments confirms the invoice. RF4 does not hold a withdrawable cash balance for buyers.
  • Charms are not refundable for cash. In-platform refunds return Charms to your RF4 wallet (see Refunds).

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 to hold an account. You must be at least 18 to deposit crypto, buy listings, or sell. We may ask for date of birth before the first deposit.

Accounts and suspension

You are responsible for activity under your Clerk login. We may suspend or close an account, hold payouts, or remove listings if we reasonably believe you have: given prohibited advice; used guaranteed outcome claims; abused disputes or reviews; attempted to circumvent escrow; committed fraud, harassment, or illegal activity; or posed a compliance risk. We may refuse service where required by law.

Orders and disputes

Payment places Charms in escrow. The seller must deliver by the listing SLA. If they miss it, remaining escrow is returned to you as Charms and the order is marked cancelled for SLA. After delivery you have 72 hours to accept or open a dispute; otherwise the order auto-completes and the seller is paid. Message the seller first; you may open a dispute 48 hours after that if unresolved. Admin may award the order to the buyer (full Charm refund from escrow) or the seller (release escrow to the seller). There is no split outcome in v1. Details: Refunds.

Sellers

Selling is also governed by the Seller terms. Platform fees are taken in Charms at checkout (currently 30% apprentice, 22% verified, 15% pro).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer-protection law in your province requires otherwise. This choice of law is operational until independent counsel confirms it.
